  • BRIEF BIO

    My passion for medicine began when a family member of mine fell ill and multiple doctors were unable to find the cause or a solution. I knew there must be a better way. With an intention of already being in the medical profession, I was accepted to Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona and completed a 4-year medical degree focusing on finding health-based solutions. During my time at Southwest, I developed a deep understanding of the body’s physiology and was healed on both a physical and emotional level.

     

    Hindered by a slew of sports and over-use injuries at an early age, I was drawn to regenerative joint injections. I received training under Dr. Tyna Moore, an understudy of Dr. Rick Marinelli, and training under Dr. McAllister. I enjoy spending time with friends and family. My hobbies are reading and finding new and beneficial ways to move my body to prevent pain. I am dedicated to finding health-based solutions to the root causes of your concerns, see you soon!

    I workout with a trainer 2x per week and

    work out 4x per week for an hour

    I meal prep every weekend and spend $1,000.00 a month on organic food

    I write 3 intentions on my mirror each morning and recite them out loud

    I eat 1 bag of Mulberries as a snack each week, YUM!

    I poop 3x per day, and love cold showers! Great for the nervous system!
